CoinsSend is an online crypto-processing platform that enables users to accept cryptocurrency payments, perform payouts, and store supported cryptocurrencies. The Service supports only digital assets (such as USDT and USDC on Tron, Ethereum, and BSC) and does not involve any fiat currency or traditional banking services.
CoinsSend provides a technical interface for transferring and holding crypto assets; it is not a bank, money transmitter, or investment advisor. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of uninterrupted availability or accuracy.
3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
3.1 Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into agreements to use CoinsSend.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any authentication credentials and for restricting access to your account. Any actions taken through your account are your responsibility.
3.3 User Conduct: By using CoinsSend, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
4. Prohibited Uses
When using CoinsSend, you agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following activities:

In no event shall CoinsSend's total cumulative liability exceed the total fees you paid to CoinsSend in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoinsSend and its owners, developers, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Suspension and Termination of Service
10.1 Suspension/Termination by CoinsSend: We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service to you at any time if we suspect that you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
10.2 Your Termination: You are free to stop using CoinsSend at any time. Any pending transactions before termination may be canceled if not completed.
10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding obligations you have incurred.
11. Compliance and AML Measures
CoinsSend is committed to preventing misuse of its Service for illegal purposes. Although we do not require identity verification (KYC) for normal use, we maintain and enforce an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy.
By using CoinsSend, you agree that we may monitor transactions for signs of illicit activities and that we reserve the right to take appropriate action if we suspect illegal activity.
12. Changes to the Service
CoinsSend is an evolving service. We may, from time to time, add, modify, or remove features or functionalities of the Service without prior notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, at any time without liability to you.

No Waiver: Our failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver thereof.
